Beat Zeller

Since 2008, I have been a consultant and partner for leadership and change management, and have been with ComTeamGroup since 2015.

As a consultant and partner, I support companies and their leaders in initiatives that primarily aim to optimize and improve the impact of leadership work. Such occasions may include strategy adjustments, reorganizations, cultural change, or the integration of acquisitions, which have not yet achieved the desired success in implementation.

My clients are typically executive boards of internationally active companies.

My activities are complemented by roles as a coach and sparring partner for experienced leaders, particularly when they take on new functions. I also work as a trainer in further education workshops. My working languages are German and English.

I laid the foundation for my education during my studies in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen (MBA HSG). At the Management Center Vorarlberg, I obtained a diploma as a Systemic Organizational Development Consultant. Leadership experience in various industries and company sizes, both nationally and internationally, assures me that I can move successfully in different fields and add value.

After spending a few years in Australia, I have returned to live in Zurich, my hometown. I find balance through mountain biking, sailing, or hiking, and I love a wide range of music styles, motorcycle riding, and red wines from around the world.
