Kerstin Kromer

Born in 1969 in Oldenburg, I attended school there and in Seattle. My journey took me from Bonn (apprenticeship as a hotel specialist) to Munich (business studies) and then to San Francisco (MBA with a focus on International Management as a Fulbright scholar). In 1996, I returned to the Bavarian capital to work for three years in a strategy consulting firm.

At ComTeam since 1999, I am engaged in supporting people through change processes:
As a trainer, I design and lead company-internal seminars or programs on topics such as leadership, change management, or communication. My target groups include experienced executives who want to further their qualifications, as well as young leaders being groomed for their first management positions.

As a consultant, I navigate large groups through events and assist teams in strategy workshops, development processes, or challenging situations. I particularly enjoy working in international groups and in English, as different cultures and perspectives continue to fascinate me. I passionately integrate “SolutionsFocus” into my professional life.

For some years as an executive coach, I have also been intensively engaged with the “3 Principles” – Thought, Mind, and Consciousness – which greatly influence my work and produce exceptionally good results with my clients.

Until 2019, I worked out of Düsseldorf – enjoying my dual role as a consultant and mother – and led the ComTeam location in the west with my colleagues. Through stages in Johannesburg and Vienna, I moved on to Paris – from where I now support my clients virtually and face-to-face.
