In accordance with this guiding principle – which is readable in both directions – I have been accompanying individuals and organizations as a consultant, coach, and trainer for more than 15 years in development, change, and innovation processes, as well as in complex leadership situations.

The development of individual and entrepreneurial LEADERSHIP power has a special significance in this thematic area. Since every company has its own specific culture and conditions, I am very concerned with individualized, pragmatic, achievable processes that enable targeted further development of the individual and entrepreneurial potentials from within the company.

I have a technical background, am a business economist, and have spent several years as a leadership figure in the HR area of a medium-sized company and also as a project manager in corporate structures.

The combination with in-depth further training allows me to view situations from different perspectives and to derive effective measures related to the situation. I like to get straight to the point.

I live with my family in Tyrol and we enjoy spending our free time with our dog and doing sports in the mountains.
