Regina Mang

Born in 1973, I am a graduate in industrial engineering with further training as a coach and trainer, including systemic coaching and positive psychology.

My focus is on consulting, further education, and coaching of executives in change processes. As a consultant, I support you with change management expertise, my ability to steer processes and create clarity. As a trainer and coach, it is important for me to find practical solutions that work well for you as executives in your environment.

From many years of my own leadership experience, I know that leaders need a solid foundation of theory and tools, as well as daily pragmatism, courage, and a deft touch in dealing with people.

After numerous workshops, interventions, and consulting projects, I am still curious every day about the topics and people I meet. I find modern leadership concepts and organizational development, such as self-organized teams and agile leadership, particularly exciting. Customers appreciate my mix of analytical thinking, focus on action, and warmth. I also enjoy working in international contexts and in English.

I live with my family on the edge of the Bavarian Alps, where I spend a lot of time outdoors, hiking, climbing, boating, or skiing.
