I love getting to know people in their uniqueness. I enjoy discovering the stories behind them and the individual possibilities that arise from them.

With professional roots as a bank clerk and business economist, I was drawn to the training and consulting field quite early. I gained practical experience in a major bank and as a manager in an academy. With training in systemic organizational development and as an accredited master for INSIGHTS MDI® among others, I have been working freelance since 2006.

My main areas of work are in supporting organizational change processes, team development, moderation of workshops, personality training, leadership development, and measures for trainer qualification.

I value a partnership-based cooperation based on a clear definition of the assignment, role, and responsibility. Through targeted and system-compatible interventions, I strive for the greatest possible benefit for my clients. I am interested in my clients’ independence—therefore, I ensure sustainability and make myself redundant as a consultant.

In my free time, I am a great fan of the muses and engage in intense physical activity. Living in Munich, the nearby mountains play an important role in that.
