I am a diploma psychologist with a passion, because for me the person has always been at the center: What drives people, what motivates them to do certain things, to take the lead, to drive change, and what blocks them and causes them stress.

I have over 22 years of professional experience in the areas of management diagnostics, organizational and personnel development as: – Consultant and trainer at Obermann & Schiel GmbH – Disciplinary leadership responsibility at the international fashion corporation ESPRIT Retail B.V. & Co KG, Ratingen – Since 2007 as an independent change consultant and coach

My clients benefit from my high empathic ability and appreciation, from my diverse practical experience as an internal HR and organizational developer, executive, and as an external consultant. This enables me to quickly recognize interrelations and their implications in the corporate context and to think ahead. Knowing what gets people and organizations into action, which success levers are essential, and how to construct larger learning and change architectures are among my strengths.

As a multiple certified coach and as a systemically trained consultant and change facilitator, I bring a wealth of experience from numerous change and transformation projects. This allows me to be a sparring partner for the executive management and to effectively work through and sustainably resolve high-running emotions and resistances in teams.
