Ana Piscitello

In my work, I am continually fascinated and enthused by the potential that individuals and teams possess. We are complex beings brimming with possibilities. I assist my clients in understanding themselves well, in accessing their own resources, and thus in acting powerfully and authentically within their organizations.

I was born in 1978 in Frankfurt. With international degrees in Law (Bachelor’s studies in England) and International Management (MBA studies in Frankfurt), I have spent over 20 years in the business sector—initially as a consultant and later in a major German development bank’s strategy and large project management division. During this period, I completed several systemic further education courses, qualifying as a Systemic Consultant, Systemic Coach, and Systemic Supervisor, and I launched my independent practice in 2019. Today, I support individuals, teams, and organizations through challenging developments and change processes via (business) coaching, personal development and reflection formats, team development, and supervision/coaching of working groups.

I am married, a mother of two, and live with my family in Maintal. I find great joy in music, fine dining, yoga, sports, and nature. Both in my personal life and professionally, I am an advocate of the belief that far more is possible than we often think.
