And myself too, of course: starting with my training as an office administrator, through my MBA to systemic coaching and systemic organizational development. From car dealerships to medium-sized companies to corporations, in recent years as an internal organizational developer, trainer and consultant in my parallel self-employment. My intuition paired with professional experience and specialist training and further education guide me in designing individual paths – needs-oriented, resource-oriented and systemic. For me, strategy, culture and structure go hand in hand and are an indispensable triad.

As a native of the Upper Palatinate, I have been fascinated by Munich and the variety of opportunities it offers for many years. As often as I can, you can find me kitesurfing on Lake Garda, in the mountains or doing yoga as a way of balancing out. I also love to travel, especially to South and Central America, where the Spanish language sounds like music to my ears.
