Born in 1966
Change has been a constant theme in my career. I’ve always been interested in how to implement sustainable, respectful change.
As an organisational consultant, I focus on change, strategy development and agile forms of organisation, management development and coaching, and leadership of distributed, virtual teams.
After graduating as an industrial engineer, I had the opportunity to play a central role in shaping changes in the leadership and organisational culture of international companies. As a manager, expert, consultant and trainer, it was always important to me to involve the people affected by the change in meaningful ways.
My studies in psychology at Walden University, MI, USA, and the training in systemic consulting enhanced my knowledge. Due to the international dimensions in my work, I find it very refreshing and exciting to act in a multicultural environment.
I am currently a lecture in "Change Management" at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim and in "Human Competence in Heterogeneous Teams" at the Provadis School of International Management & Technology in Frankfurt/Höchst.
My aim is to guide people respectfully towards self-determined action, so that employees and managers within a company can work together to create and follow a successful path.
I live in Weinheim, near Heidelberg. What I love most of all is being with my family, who give me a great deal of energy. Apart from that, I enjoy playing music and doing sport.
