Born in Minden an der Weser in East Westphalia in 1975, graduate psychologist, doctorate on the subject of "Persönlichkeitstypen und Stresserleben" (Personality types and experience of stress), MBA in 2006
I have been working as a freelance management consultant, trainer and coach since 1999. My current areas of focus are on management coaching, self-development, management audits, organisational diagnoses and team development.
From 2002 to 2008, I worked as research assistant in research and teaching at the Department of Psychology of LMU Munich, under the professorship of Professor Dr Klaus A. Schneewind (personality psychology, psychological diagnostics and family psychology), and I have been an associate lecturer at the LMU Munich since 2008. I have also gained practical experience at Audi AG, Deutsche Bank AG (Frankfurt am Main and New York City) – in management and leadership development in each case – and at the EMNID Institute for market and opinion research.
I live with my wife and our children in the south of Munich and enjoy every second of family life – including exploring the beautiful nature of neighbouring Upper Bavaria.
